How to mint

A basic tutorial on how to mint an NFT using ETH and a wallet:

Step 1: Creat a wallet
The first step is to create a wallet to hold your ETH and NFT. There are many wallets available, but for simplicity, we will use MetaMask in this tutorial.

1. Go to the MetaMask website and download the wallet extension for your preferred browser. (https://metamask.io/download/)
2. Follow the prompts to create a new wallet and record your seed phrase somewhere safe.
3. Connect your wallet to the Ethereum network by selecting “Main Ethereum Network” in the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the MetaMask window.
   

Step 2: Buy ETH
To mint an NFT, you will need to have some ETH in your wallet to cover the gas fees. Here’s how to buy ETH:

1. Use a fiat-to-crypto exchange like Coinbase or Binance to purchase ETH with your preferred fiat currency.
2. Withdraw the purchased ETH to your MetaMask wallet.
   

Step 3: Mint your NFT
Once you have ETH in your wallet, you can now mint your NFT. Here are the general steps:

1. Connect your wallet to the Lucky Charm Eggheads website:
   Once you have your digital wallet set up and Ethereum in your account, you can connect your wallet to the Lucky Charm Eggheads website. Navigate to the Minting Page and click the “Connect Wallet” button.
2. Click the “Mint” button: Once you have connected your wallet, you will see a “Mint” button on the website. Click the button to start the minting process.
3. Confirm the transaction: A pop-up window will appear in your wallet asking you to confirm the transaction. Check the details of the transaction, including the gas fee, and click “Confirm” to proceed with the minting process.
4. Wait for confirmation: After you confirm the transaction, you will need to wait for confirmation from the Ethereum network. This can take a few minutes, so be patient.
5. Receive your Lucky Charm Egghead: Once the transaction is confirmed, your Lucky Charm Egghead will be minted and sent to your digital wallet. You can view it in your wallet, and it will be yours to keep forever.

It’s important to note that you cannot choose which Lucky Charm Egghead you will receive when you mint. It is generated randomly, so it’s all part of the excitement and surprise.
